Think Brown Will Stop Government Run Healthcare?

I wouldn’t place my faith in Brown or any other politician but in ideas. To have a real, long-lasting (and moral) impact, rather than allocate our scarce resources to support or oppose specific bills or office-seekers we should instead communicate the ideas of liberty to others to hopefully help change one mind at a time.
We should engage people in the battle of ideas. Those that we proffer are simultaneously the most rights-respecting and prosperity-creating. It’s not just ok but welcomed to have discussions about this in the “culture war” however when people seek to bring such issues into the political realm and use the force of the State to place their beliefs on others, we should abstain entirely. We shouldn’t grant this institution based on violence any legitimacy.
